Koppenhofer is the founding partner of Wyomissing-based Pennswood HR, Inc., a consulting group focused on helping companies and individuals respond positively to change. He has served as a director for various not-for-profit organizations in Berks County, including terms as chairman on the boards of Opportunity House and the Berks County Chapter of the American Red Cross.
